i have so much going on in my life that i haven't had the time to sit and post.
whats different?
-my 2yr old transitioned from a crib to a toddler bed which means the schedule has changed. it took a lot of adjustment on both of our parts. he wake up earlier no so no more morning workouts. i now workout while he naps and he goes to bed at 10pm. which is way earlier than he used to. so that was an adjustment.
-i have been doing T25 since December. I am now on Gamma level. :)
-i reached my first BIG goal in december when i got down to pre-pregnancy weight 173lbs. even though i'm still losing inches i haven't lost anymore weight. however my body is shifting and muscle is taking the place of fat. i'm down to a size 18 shorts (actually they're too big on me but the 16s are too tight bc of my pannus).
-i recently started incorporating carbs back into my diet. i did the keto thing for 6 months. now i'm back to low carb. i'm having surgery soon so i have to incorporate fruit and complex carbs back in my diet for a healthy recovery.
-the go SUPER hard and lose as much as you can period of my journey is over. now its time to concentrate on getting my body as healthy as possible (inside and out) before surgery so that i can have the best recovery possible.
-i am FINALLY having my tummy tuck in 3 WEEKS!! AHHHH!!! so amazing.
I'm trying to keep myself busy doing all the prep and getting all my supplies for surgery. i haven't stopped to let it really sink in yet. i feel like i can't...not till the end. i have to make sure everything is taken care of before i can bask in the glory of this. so perhaps i'll save that post for later.
i'll have a lot of time on my hands while i recover so i will try to share my recovery with you guys. the good, the bad, the pics, all that.
